Wire Transfer

Payment may be “wired” from your bank account to our bank. All funds must be in US Dollars. Buyer pays transfer fees, if applicable. If you plan to wire funds, please contact us for additional instructions.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a refund. The trial period begins the day your product is delivered to your shipping address. Below are the required steps to follow for the return process:

  • Call us (774) 234-0800 or send an e-mail to obtain an Return Authorization number.
  • Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  • Returned products must be in “like-new” condition. All original accessories and factory packaging must be included, complete with unmarked manuals. Components that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence will be assessed a fee in order to restore the unit to “like-new” condition. Vinnie Rossi reserves the right to deduct this fee from your refund.
  • Use a shipping service such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or the United States Postal Service, that is able to track your shipment.
  • Insure the product for your original purchase price.  In the event your product is lost or damaged in transit back to Vinnie Rossi, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the Shipper. If the product can be repaired, Vinnie Rossi will provide a quote for repair costs, and issue your refund less applicable repair costs. In the event of loss or damage to returned products, you are responsible for obtaining reimbursement for the insured product from your Shipper.

You are responsible for return shipping cost. After we receive your returned product, it will be inspected.  We will then issue a refund check or credit back to your credit card / Paypal account within 7 business days.  Refunds do not include original shipping costs or PayPal fees, if applicable.

Limited Warranty

Vinnie Rossi LIO (and associated modules) is covered for a period of 10-years for manufacturing-related defects (parts and labor included).  Warranty is extended to the original end-use purchaser or the original end-use person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

The following items are excluded from, or will void warranty coverage:

  • Damage to Vinnie Rossi products caused by accident, misuse or abusive operation contrary to the instructions specified in the included owner’s manual.
  • Vinnie Rossi products that have serial numbers that have been defaced modified or removed.
  • Damage to Vinnie Rossi products resulting from a modification of, or attempted repair by any person or company not authorized by Vinnie Rossi to make such modifications or repairs.
  • Any Vinnie Rossi product purchased second-hand.
  • Damage to Vinnie Rossi products caused in-transit, when Buyer is shipping their unit to Vinnie Rossi.
    Vinnie Rossi does not assume liability for loss of use or damage to associated or connected equipment.
Warranty Repair Procedure

In the event a Vinnie Rossi product needs warranty repair, you should:

  • Contact us to obtain Return Authorization
  • In most cases, we will send you a replacement module to quickly install to repair the defective one.
  • If in the rare event that your product needs to be shipped back to you, carefully pack it using its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  • Use a shipping service such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or the United States Postal Service, that is able to track your shipment.
